Every payment under the developer's standard plan is triggered by a stage of the building: the contract, the concrete structure substantially complete, the roof with brickwork and rendering, the electrical conduits, pipework and plastering, and completion. Under the deferred plan the first four stages take 50% and the balance follows completion. The developer publishes no completion date and no dated construction record for Seashore; the current stage and photographs are sent on request.
