Every payment under the standard plan is triggered by a stage of the building: the contract, the concrete structure substantially complete, the roof with brickwork and rendering, the electrical conduits, pipework and plastering, and completion. Under the deferred plan the first four stages take 50% and the balance follows completion. We send the current stage and photographs on request.

- 01Contract signed within the reservation period — 20% under either plan, less the reservation fee
- 02Concrete structure substantially completed — 20% standard, 10% deferred
- 03Roof, brickwork and rendering substantially completed — 20% standard, 10% deferred
- 04Electrical conduits, pipework and plastering substantially completed — 20% standard, 10% deferred
- 05Completion of construction — 20% standard; the deferred balance of 50% follows in quarterly installments
